HBH Rehab is located at 3427 Fruitvale Avenue in the Fruitvale district of Oakland, easily accessible from major East Bay highways.
- From I-580: Exit at Fruitvale Avenue and head south. Our facility is approximately 1 mile on the right-hand side.
- From I-880: Take the Fruitvale Avenue exit and head north. Continue for approximately 1.5 miles. Our center will be on the left.
- From San Francisco (via Bay Bridge): Take I-80 East to I-580 East. Exit at Fruitvale Avenue and head south to our campus.
- Public Transit: The Fruitvale BART station is approximately 0.5 miles from our facility. AC Transit bus lines also serve the area.
Free on-site parking is available for patients and visitors at our center.
